Topic Discovery automatically finds the main topics in your texts – without predefined categories.

Example: In 2000 NPS comments, Topic Discovery automatically finds topics like "Customer Service", "Product Quality", "Delivery Time", "Value for Money", etc.

You receive a matrix representation (each topic = separate column) and can edit topics afterwards (merge, rename, delete).

Sentiment Analysis automatically classifies texts into Positive, Neutral, or Negative – with confidence scores.
